WCM Swimmers Score in PMS 2009 Open Water Season Points Competition

This past year a record number of WCM swimmers participated in Open Water Competitions. Thirty-six WCM women scored points in one or more PMS-sanctioned open water swims, along with thirty-five men. This was an outstanding turnout by our swimmers.

Eleven of our swimmers placed in the top three of their age groups in the Open Water Points season competition: Alexandra Lee (2nd), Karen Duggan (1st), Karen Takua (2nd), Kildine Harms (3rd, Donna Monroe (1st), Paul Smrz (1st), Walter Tuholski (2nd), Chris Bond (1st), Dave Matthews (3rd), Peter Guadagni (3rd), and Don Brown (1st).
